Wireless Security
As wireless seamlessly assimilates to our new way of life there should always be safety measures taken to add security features to your new network so you’re not left holding the fish. Wireless network security is a billion dollar niche industry that people are all scrambling to offer their services for. Just like the scrambling of band aids to the bleeding; some will hold firm with others will just fall away. There’s not a lot of rhyme or reason to the process. We hear things like “offers the best product” or “great customer service” but it’s not really that. Or, that is, no one has made their life’s work off of the stuff. It’s really a delicate balance of the one and the many; many will come and offer their help, but only a few will stay around. When having your network installed it’s a great idea to ask about network security on the front side. Just like the pilfered home, it’s very easy to add insurance to your Ming vase after it’s crumbled in pieces, but it’s a better idea that you do so before hand and that your vase never is demolished. Setting up wireless network security is something that should be left up to the professionals. Don’t get me wrong. If you want to undergo years of training and be equipped to handle the security at your Tennis racket store, that’s fine. But just because you know how to use adware or turn on software does not make you a computer genius. Even if you are really great at writing code or downloading music, that doesn’t equip you to deal with the many numerous challenges that go alongside wireless networking security. So please, think about it. Don’t misunderstand me! I encourage you to ask questions and learn from the people installing your wireless network security what you can do and what you should not do. And just because they say “don’t do this!” don’t let it turn into Gremlins syndrome where you put your system in water or let it out after midnight and pandemonium breaks loose. Setting up your wireless security is like white paper on wireless security; setting up the technology, uploading the wireless networking security software, and viewing the free wireless network security pass codes can become a dangerous business. But if you keep your head about you and do what you’re told you should be just fine.
